Mr. Phan was great. came for an inspection, and let me know what really was wrong with my car. i had been told differing things from different people i know suggesting some of the same problems, but i figured why risk it. figured better to have a professional come out to diagnose the problems. Mr. Phan is just that, a professional. he thoroughly looked over my car according to my reported problems with it. very nice, and knowledgeable guy. in the end the suggestions i had received from friends and the like weren't even close to the problems wrong on my vehicle. Tien saved me a lot of grief and aggravation in my guessing as to what is wrong, and what needs definitely be fixed.

Q: SUV completely dead
Answered by Jay
The battery and starting system would need to be checked to see if the battery, or the cables are a problem. The charging system would need to be checked also. I recommend having a mechanic, such as one from YourMechanic,...
Q: Lots of noise on startup, car isn’t a morning person
Answered by Tom
Hello! Thank you for writing in with this question. Due to the design and characteristics of the “boxer” style engine, this cold-start noise is considered “normal” by Subaru corporate. It may be a good idea to have a professional at...
Q: Unreadable Speedometer and Gas Gauges
Answered by David
Hello - an immediate solution is to turn on your running lights during the daytime. This will turn on the instrument cluster lights, adding some illumination to the gauges and their readings. Make sure the "interior light" adjustment knob is...
