On time. Had required test equipment to perform required tests. Knowledgeable. Excellent communication/ interpersonal skills. Able to explain in plain language, no jargon. Thorough, with no wasted time. Was in no hurry to get away. Has a personality, unlike some of the robots I've dealt with on other occasions. Having worked in a people-centric occupation for 30 years, I appreciate his professionalism. Lastly, I appreciate and feel better when a contractor shows up in a clean vehicle, he knows where his tools are without having to root through 3 tool boxes. Cleans his equipment before putting it away. 10 all around. Definitely feel like I got more than expected.

The VDC and Slip Light illumination could be an indication that you are getting low on brake fluid, due to worn brake pads. Low brake fluid could cause the throttle control to kick in when a sudden vehicle movement is...
Q: How do I shut the engine off during an emergency?
Answered by YourMechanic
Emergencies can occur for any number of reasons while you’re driving. Your car has a special emergency engine shut off procedure that you’ll need to follow if you find that you need to turn the engine off while you’re driving....
Q: Car does not stay started in drive.
Answered by Andrew
It sounds like you may have a problem with the transmission. I would take the car to a transmission specialist to determine the problem. I suspect that it is something bad like the clutches in the transmission are worn out...
Q: Change my timing chain. Got it on time from upper to lower chain tensioners and now I have no spark.
Answered by Jeff
Hey there. I would recommend checking the camshaft position sensor (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/camshaft-position-sensor-replacement) as this sensor is located near the timing components, to be sure that it is plugged in correctly and working properly. I would also suggest checking the crankshaft position...
