Aaron is a chill guy! He showed up on time (literally, to the minute), came prepared, and knew exactly what to do. He finished the job in about an hour and a half, and he told me some other tiny issues that I may need to consider having done in the future. I feel like he didn't BS me like a lot of other mechanics do, and I believe I finally have a decent mechanic here in this city. It's nice having someone who is familiar working on older model cars, and isn't out to just get money. When he was finished, we chatted about cars & music for a bit, and he was off. Good guy, good mechanic!

Q: Noise when turning
Answered by Kevin
Among the possibilities are the strut bearings, strut mounts, the strut itself, the outer cv axle joints, and/or any suspension component, such as a tie rod end (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/tie-rod-end-replacement), ball joint (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/ball-joint-front-replacement), sway bar mount, or suspension bushing that is loose...
Q: I have some sqealing and groaning/grinding on driver side by the strut mounts. It happens when backing up left or right and when driving slow.
Answered by Jessica
If the struts and mounts both look ok and passed the bounce test, you may be looking at a CV joint or bearing. Inspect these components and check for wear and any visible damages. There is also a possibility the...
Q: FWD Camber Adjustment
Answered by Kevin
The preferred front camber setting for your car is 0.4 degrees negative, which means that the top of your tire is tilted inward, toward the centerline of the car, ever so slightly. That slight inward tilt promotes stability when cornering....
Q: i have 3 code on my car P0431, P0174, P0305
Answered by Kevin
Noise in exhaust systems occurs due to leaks as well as internal failure of the baffles in the muffler or resonator. So, just because there are no leaks, doesn't mean the exhaust system will be noise free. An [engine/exhaust noise...
