James gave an honest and fair diagnosis for a car, and the customer wasn't even present. Truly a professional who cares more about building relationships than making a quick buck. Highly recommend him.
I am very upset. My car was left with everything taken apart and not put back together. The job was not done and I was suppose to get a credit of 181.00 dollars and have not recieved that credit yet. I have also sent a couple emails with no one contacting me. The car is now in worse shape then it was before the mechanics arrived. The steering column has been taken apaprt, the ignition cylinder was never replaced; however, I was charged on my cc for inspections, but none of the work was actually done.
