What does the chime mean?

Some of your vehicle’s warning are audible. When this is the case, a chime will sound. There are four things that will cause a charm, and no other audible noise, to sound: 1. One of the front occupants does not have their seat belt secured. 2. The parking brake is engaged while the vehicle is moving. 3. The key is still in the ignition, and the driver’s door has been opened. 4. The exterior lights are still on, and the driver’s door has been opened.

Truck stalled and won't turn over.
This sounds to me like a classic fuel pump failure, I would have a certified mechanic inspect (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/car-is-stalling-inspection) your fuel pressure. If the fuel pump is fine, check for voltage at the fuel pump relay. If these aren't the problem...

New tension belt was put on and the car will not start. The car computer is saying the timing belt is off.
Hi there. The serpentine or drive belts have nothing to do with the timing belt on the car. It depends on the tensioner that was installed, either the drive belt tensioner or the timing belt tensioner. I recommend seeking out...
CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON
The on board diagnostic (OBD) sets a pending code each time the ECU detects a problem. It confirms the code if it sees the same problem twice. So you're really only dealing with the two codes : P0016 and 17.These...
