A Couple of common causes for stalling are the Throttle Body basic setting has been lost. this requires a compatible scan tool to reprogram the basic setting. you should also have the throttle body checked to make sure its clean.

Another common problem that can cause stalling is the mass air flow sensor see details on that below that can set a code but sometimes does not.

Have the testing in the above links performed and suspect a Dirty Throttle Body and Throttle Body lost basic settings and or a Faulty Mass Air Flow Sensor.
