Terry is a great professional. Knows what he is doing and what he is talking about. Honest and straightforward. He is passionate about the engineering of Mercedes. He solved upcoming issues during the repair. And also, he is a nice guy to talk with.

I had attempted to do some work myself and messed it up and came to the rescue and did it right and was even kind enough to show me what i had done wrong (as I was curious) He didn't make me feel bad or dumb or anything. Terry was really great! he took his time (over an hour) and was very disappointed that he could not fix my car. But he did all he could do, ran through all the electrical and gave me the answer to go with, I appreciated all the work he did for me.

Terry was great! There was no bearing around the bush. He diagnosed the problem right away and was very friendly and honest. I definitely will be using him again.

My only complaint was that I was told on the phone that he would show up between 3:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M. Got an e-mail that he would show at 4:30. He showed up at 5:00 P.M. We missed another 5:00 P.M.scheduled activity because of this. But the car repair had priority.

Terry was punctual, and professional. He was able to diagnose the issues with my car without delay, and is coming back this afternoon to fix the issues.

Excellent service. He knew exactly what the problem was. Even though Auto zone had tested my starter and said it was working fine, Terry knew better and after only 2 minutes into testing the starter, he pegged it. It absolutely was the starter. Great job Terry!

Very professional, honest mechanic. We had our car taken into the shop and they gave us back a recommended quote over $1000 to fix our rack and pinion. We went with your mechanic because we know we could get it done cheaper. Terry stopped by and actually told us just the boot needed replaced and not the whole steering rack. Saved us over $800+ from what the shop originally quoted us. Highly recommended.
