Damian was great. He arrived in plenty of time and got right to work. It turned out that the part he had, a radiator, did not work on my car, which was a model Acura TL-S, a subtype of model TL's. He drove to a parts store and picked up a new one, came back and completed the install. A lot of extra work, but he maintained good humor during the entire process. I was very pleased and would consider myself lucky to get Damian again.

Charles is an expert and reputable mechanic. Another mechanic said I needed brake pads and rotors so I booked Charles to replace them, the brake fluid and the valve cover gasket. Charles said the pads had plenty of thickness and that the fluid was clean so I decided to save almost $400 and spend it another day. Now that's an honest mechanic. He also answered all my questions. and was very personable.

All I can say "SUPERB". I really appreciate his honesty. He could have easily changed/replaced one of the parts recommended by one of his previous technician/consultant instead he said that the particular part is working so far fine and don't need to be replaced and which saved me couple hundred dollars. Now a days, you can hardly find this kind of honesty. I told him that he would be my permanent auto mechanic, not only for his honesty but also for his detailed knowledge of internal combustion engine. I wish him the best.
